Education

Graduated at La Sapienza University of Rome, I am a Lawyer enrolled in the Rome Bar Association, being also qualified since 2004 as a lawyer for the judgments before the Supreme Court.
I am a member of the European Lawyers Group (ELG).

Owner of my own law firm in Rome, I provide consultancy, out-of-court assistance, court and arbitration representation in the Civil Law field, to both companies and privates.

I collaborate, of counsel, with the Studio Pollavini & Altop in the matters related to my expertise and for the territory of central-southern Italy, as well as providing assistance and representation before the Supreme Court of Cassation.

Expertise

My main areas of interest are those of real estate Law (leases and sales of real estate, in every phase of the sale including assistance and participation in real estate auctions), commercial law and debt recovery, corporate law and contracts, also with international profiles.

I cover also family law and children’s rights, inheritance and condominium law, non-contractual liability.

Attitudes

Before starting a judicial litigation, I always try to mediate with the other party in the attempt to find a point of conciliation, while always favouring the interest of my Client and protecting his legal position.

In a world in which instances and responses are often managed by and through computers, I try to keep a more human relationship with the client to better solve the problems; this notwithstanding the constant legal and technological updating.

The human side, the listening and the real understanding of the client’s needs are essential characteristics to reach a successful solution of legal issues.
